Testimonials Extension

The Testimonials Extension allows you to build trust and credibility by showcasing customer reviews directly on the checkout page. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Install Wildwood Checkout: Ensure the Wildwood Checkout app is installed and activated on your Shopify store.
  2. Select Your Checkout Profile: Navigate to your preferred checkout profile in shopify.
  3. Enable the Testimonials Extension: Locate and add the Testimonials Extension to your chosen profile.
  4. Add a Title for the Section: Create a captivating title for the testimonials section, such as “What Our Customers Are Saying” or “Real Reviews from Happy Customers”.
  5. Add Up to 3 Testimonials:
    • Input the customer’s name or initials.
    • Add a title or summary for the review (e.g., “Amazing Service!” or “Highly Recommend!”).
    • Write the customer’s detailed review to highlight their positive experience.
  6. Customize the Placement: Choose where the testimonials will appear on the checkout page to maximize their impact.

By featuring up to three authentic customer reviews, the Testimonials Extension helps reassure new buyers and create a sense of trust, encouraging them to complete their purchase with confidence.
