  2. Select Your Checkout Profile: Navigate to your preferred checkout profile in shopify.
  3. Enable the FAQ Extension: Locate and add the FAQs Extension to your chosen profile.
  4. Add FAQ Items:
    • Write questions and answers for common inquiries, such as “What is your return policy?” or “When will my order ship?”.
    • Use clear and concise language to address potential concerns.
  5. Customize the Display:
    • Choose the placement of the FAQ section on the checkout page.
    • Choose an engaging title for your display.
  6. Use for More Than FAQs: This extension isn’t limited to just FAQs! Use it to display announcements, promotions, or additional information, such as shipping deadlines or special offers.
